Surprise holiday run

Last day of our hols in Cornwall We were just talking and I mentioned I was a bit worried as that’s a week off running, when out of nowhere my wife presents me with my secretly packed running gear and suggested a run along Gwythian beach! Love her support. A beautiful part of England indeed

That’s true love!....and That pic is practically my back yard! I live over Mount’s Bay way. A beautiful place to run - the beach is probably 5k long so perfect for c25k! Did you find the sand firm enough?

You lucky person, such a beautiful area. Yep the sand was fine as long as I did not venture to close to the sea
