Consolidation Run 2 .... on holiday !!

I must have this bug as got up at 6.30am this morning to do a run ! Mind you St.Aubin’s Bay promenade in Jersey was just too tempting 😊. All tarmac but the knees held up and the cooling breeze and sandy beach view helps the momentum. Now back to walking around parks and museums.
