Hi all, I have just completed run 1 week 7, I'm loving running for longer, only 8 runs until graduating, I hope you are all well.

Well done, I loved it when I got to the longer runs and settled into a rhythm. You also get more of a chance to enjoy the environment around you. You'll be counting down those runs over the next two weeks...
