I just did the 10K wolf run, which is a lot of run walking. Couldn't do this all the time, as I won't be able to walk tomorrow and should have built up (running hiatus in the summer) but shows how in my head I was fearing 5k and yet just managed to do that. Think I can dig a lot deeper than I think and need to push myself more. But chuffed to bits. 🤗
