Feeling mega proud of myself. Just completed week 2 and I’m so surprised with the progress I’ve made already. Don’t be get wrong I’m not finding it easy or anything but I do feel like every time I go out for my run i feel much more confident doing it. We can do this everyone!!! ❤️

Yup! Slow and steady is all that’s required 💪😃👍. Heed the words. Slow steady 😁

It’s great innit. You, the outdoors, and the session immediately in front of you. Great stuff

Have fun 😃

Hi . Just completed my week 2 but very anxious about week 3 . Don't think I'll manage to run that long but I am determined to give it my best shot !

Of course you will. Remain focussed and believe. Trust me, within a few weeks running will start to feel as natural as walking.

You have got this! You can do it! Just push yourself and you’ll be surprised what you can achieve. If I can do it anyone can :) x

I have started this programme literally from couch ! Really want to get to the 5k bit and it helps to get encouragement ! Thank you 😀

Confidence grows, running gets easier, but the programme keeps it challenging us... which is great. You’re all set for week 3, enjoy it.

Yesssss! Finished week 3 ! Bit apprehensive about prospect of running 5 mins though 🤔

Well done. So, last week you doubled the length of your run intervals and this next week you don’t do that... it’s less of a step this time. Slow and steady and you’ll have it.

I'm about to move on to week 3 too i can believe that 2 weeks ago i could hardly run the length of myself but yesterday i was running for 90 seconds and enjoying it, love this programme.
