Are you wearing wicking sports clothes? These dont need to be expensive. Also, dont use fabric softener on your running gear.

Will do. Have few sportswear clothing. Sure on the fabric softner. Thanks for the advice.

I was wearing just a cotton t shirt.

That will soak up sweat and hold it against your skin. Wicking apparel draws the moisture to the outside of the material allowing it to evaporate. Also wicking dries quicker than a cotton t-shirt.

Try mountain warehouse, sports direct or Aldi and Lidl for low priced wicking wear.

Sure. I have some sportswear clothing. Will ensure to wear only that for the future runs. Also, I've bought sports towel to keep eliminating moisture going forward.

Sometimes called Dri-fit. All running tops should be made from technical material these days, and they're not expensive

I get sweat induced dermatitis between my fingers! Weird int it 🙄

Oh okay. Sure. I have some dri-fit tees from Adidas and similar material under armour and nike shorts, Will ensure to wear only those for runs.

Not sure if what I get is sweat induced dermatitis but in the hot weather I got an itchy rash immediately after my runs. A cool shower as quickly as possible afterwards helped and then some anti-itch cream. I experimented and found Sudacream the best. The itch disappeared when I cooled down and luckily I haven't had it since the temperature has cooled.

If over-the-counter creams don't work then ask your doctor as they can prescribe something a bit stronger.

All the best. It was an annoying thing to have!

I've started getting flare ups of dermatitis on my forehead, not sure if it's sweat induced, but I never used to get it. My doctor has given me a tube of Eumovate Cream which seems to have cleared it.

Thank you for the advice. I tried something called "Neem Oil" and bathing with boiled diluted "neem" leaves water. It helped. Doctor gave me a cream called "Clotop" too. But, it didn't seem to be effective.

I have one pair of shorts that have a weird sort of ribbed triangular bit on the back, it must channel the sweat, as when I wear them I get a weird triangular sore itchy rash...I'll ve interested to see if anything helps you, I just don't wear those shorts...

Sure. That sounds good. I'll be on the lookout for such signs if any particular clothing irritates.
