The difference an hour can make! W5R2

Woweeeee I got up at 6.30, I put my running stuff on at 6.45 and then I faffed about until 8.15am. Now had I have actually gone running when I should have I wouldn't have melted on my way round. Take this from me.... running in the sun is NOT glamourous and it takes a whole film crew to look like something off of Baywatch 😂😎

On a positive note, that's R2 in the bag... Saturday will be 'the big one', I'm feeling nervous and optimistic at the same time.

Hope everyone has lovely plans to enjoy this beautiful sunshine (well in Somerset UK anyway) 🌞

Well Done you. Sure you'll rock it next time out! I'm a few runs ahead w6r3 for me next - Good Luck to us both

Muddy. I hear your pain. I run in the heat and my resemblance to a sweating tomato is well known by friends and family. The Baywatch babe/boy look must require some assistance surely? Although all the Italians who exercise here, look like models... good luck for the milestone run. I am sure you'll smash it

Well done!

I'm with you on running in warm weather. It's just not elegant is it. I gave up on any idea of looking elegant after mopping my brow and looking like a beetroot on W1R1. Things aren't quite so bad now, but I have definitely learned that early mornings and cloudy days are a godsend!
