Onto week 3 tomorrow at 6am! Is it just me or is early morning running (using the term running very loosely) a great way to start off a day?!πŸƒπŸ»πŸ˜

I'm due to do WK3R3 tomorrow morning although not as early as you as I'll be up and out at 7am!! I've done a few early morning runs and much prefer them to afternoon/evening runs as I then have the whole day to get other things done.

I also find it sets me up with a positive attitude for the day as I've done something for me and the peace and quiet of a morning is quite wonderful and calming. Keep up the good running πŸƒπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I've done a mix of times, around school runs (b4 the school hols) evenings around my son's rugby training but I've started going out pre-work on the last couple of weeks (On W9) at around 6.30-7 and I really enjoy it, then set me up for the day at work! Shattered when I get home from work tho! πŸ˜‚

Everyone likes the extra time in bed, however I tend to be a zombie in the morning otherwise! Running wakes me up and kicks me into gear for the day!

I'm no good on my days off, can't get out of bed so I tend to run about 830-9, (or not at all πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚) but then I'm fed up with myself for the rest of the day!
