Feeling good, not out of breath like I would of been if i tried to do this from when I first started. The first part seemed harder than the second part. I did not even think about the time on the second part. Friday should be fun, first 20 minute run. I am looking forward to it, I like the feeling you get once you get going and zone out. My legs will burn but looking forward to it :)

  • Slow and steady and you sill be just fine.. the longer runs, do give the newly-found running legs time to get going and soon.... your zone, or happy pace is becoming second nature:)
