Feeling good, not out of breath like I would of been if i tried to do this from when I first started. The first part seemed harder than the second part. I did not even think about the time on the second part. Friday should be fun, first 20 minute run. I am looking forward to it, I like the feeling you get once you get going and zone out. My legs will burn but looking forward to it

Slow and steady and you sill be just fine.. the longer runs, do give the newly-found running legs time to get going and soon.... your zone, or happy pace is becoming second nature
