Fell off wagon

I got up to starting wk 9 then fell off the wagon for a month. Was so disappointed in myself. I'd come so far. But 2day I put my running shoes back on and took myself back in time to Week 6, run 1. It wasn't easy but I did it. Looking at my times I was only few seconds slower than W8R3 so may be I CAN do this after all. πŸ‘

Keeping up the habit, until it becomes ingrained in the fabric of your daily life, is hugely important. It is said that this takes about 12 weeks of changed behaviour patterns for it to fully bed in.

Of course you can do it and getting to the end of C25k is just the beginning. There is a wonderful world of running out there, just waiting for you.

Keep running, keep smiling.
