I started couch to 5K end of last week. I'm currently traveling as well so it will be interesting if I keep this up!

Interesting project! People run in all kinds of situations so no reason not to succeed whilst travelling :)

In Amsterdam at the moment. So hot! Luckily I run in the morning so not so bad heat wise.

Running in new surroundings is great fun. Enjoy.

I ran my usual sessions whilst on holiday recently, was great fun running in different places. I occasionally used Map My Run to see where others had ran but normally just a quick nose around the night before and I found a decent route. Good luck and enjoy the challenge.

The main thing is to pack your trainers... if they are with you there's a chance you'll run if they're not you definitely won't! But I took mine back on a city trip for 4 days and actually ran on the morning of my flight back home, as there was something about seeing my trainers that meant I had to use them. Plus I promised myself a tourists run! And we love to see the tourist run pics on here, if that's an incentive or let's be frank I'm blackmailing you! Happy running

I'm in a motorhome so my trainers are with me all the time 😊

Okay double blackmail opportunity then.... you always have them to hand, in a motor home so think of how many pics we will get to see and you can make us envious of all the places you see.

Can be fun running somewhere different. I'd also recommend Map My Run, for checking out good places to run nearby. Found it helpful when I ended up in Edinburgh (ran in a nearby park and along a canal) or the Isle of Wight (ran along the sea front). Ended up going out pretty early or pretty late though, to fit in with everything else going on.
