Hi all,

I am due to run WK3R3 on Thursday which will complete the WK3 runs. After this do I still rest for one day and begin WK4 on Saturday or leave it to start the new week on Monday? When I'd completed WK1, which was a Friday, I left a rest day and started on the Sunday and this was the same for WK2.

Just wondering what people have done and what the best thing is to do for me. Or should I go with what my body is telling me? Thanks x

Listen to your body, in theory you have a day rest then on to the next, I personally do Sun, Tues and Thurs and give myself Fri and Sat off, whatever you feel is right for you is the most important 😀 x

Hi Kimchoc, I sometimes have an extra rest day between weeks, but I think you should see how you feel, well done for coming this far. 😁

If you've completed the week & had a rest day then, if you feel ok, you should just start the next week on the day your next run falls...so yes, in your case, it's Saturday...👍🏻 good luck 😉
