Hi!! I am restarting C25k with more defined goals and a buddy (DH). I made it half way through the program before but at that time my only aim was to make it to the gym a few times a week. That worked out until I moved and could not find another gym and, well, life happens and it was not a priority.
This time I have a 5k planned for the end of October and I would like to run the entire time. I have already paid so there is no going back.
Anyway, I am currently finishing up week 1. I am not in goodnshape, but I am not in horrible shape either. I can walk 5k in around an hour without difficulty but rarely have the need or motivation to walk further. I could always walk more often but at this point I am in the habit of using transportation that requires little energy output from me and is faster.
