What Happened to the Faff?

It's just occurred to me that, having previously feeling like I was the Princess of Faffing (someone else already had the Queen of Faffage title), that I haven't suffered from the faffing affliction in a long time. Previously I would forget my key, run around the house trying to find a buff, forget my jacket, have to take my running shoes off to go back upstairs, forget to warm up, drink too much and forget the loo, loose my spare front door key, leave my ankle support in the bedroom, forget to turn on my running app, loose the C25K podcast, and only be able to find one glove.

I was wonder why, lately I have been able to get out the door pretty much as planned, and then it struck me... it was the glove that was the clue. Running in the summer requires so much less stuff I don't need to Faff about looking for it. So now I've decided I'm going to be far more organised when the cooler weather comes ( which it will eventually) and try to continue with Faff free running.

Just wondered if anyone else has missed their faffage. πŸ˜‰

Ha, yes much easier in summer. I have stopped carrying water now too (didn't need it after all)...😊

Still need to run upstairs to bathroom (remove shoes ) for several *last* times.πŸ˜„

I'm glad you said that. I have to have a last last minute loo visit. πŸ˜‚

I have to have two quick visits before I leave the house..my husband finds it hilarious ! x

Mine is like a running mo jo, only in reverse. For runs at a time the faffmouse, is too sleepy to get involved. And then she comes out of hibernation and faffs about for a couple of runs and exhausts herself again. Tragically she was at her best faffage this morning. 8 attempts to lock my front door. It's not as if we haven't always had it either! πŸšͺπŸšͺπŸšͺπŸšͺπŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘
