Week 9 and beyond cream crackered update

Its been pretty much 8 weeks since ive managed a proper run and my injury couch now has a permanent indentation of my lardy rear end . They say trouble comes in 3s but this is taking the mickey ! 3 injuries one after another in short space of time has really battered my confidence snd sense of well being . Going out tonight to give things another go and see if i can at least get past the garden gate . Its been hard to stay positive and even harder to stay motivated , i never ever thought i would miss it as much as i have . Anyway enough of crying in my beer will let you all know how it goes tonigjt
