W6R3 completed last Monday and decided to start W7R1 today now I can breath out of my nose, i was really worried that I would lose all of strength and stamina and although I was 1s slower I’m just happy and proud that I can still run 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃

Good job... week 7 really affirms where you are fitness wise and it sounds like you’ve done great.

Thank you 😁, because it’s been almost a week since I finished week 6, I was worried so maybe more psychological than physical. It always takes me about 8 mins to find my pace but I was happy to work hard after that and the last 5 mins went really quickly. Map my run told me I ran 3.5k in those 25 minutes so I’d like to improve on that now I know last week wasn’t just a fluke 😬😬

You can improve your pace in a few weeks if you want to... for now it’s just a case of getting to 30 minutes. Personally I wouldn’t care if I got 2k in 30 at this stage.

Yes, much of it is in the mind... two weeks plus to lose fitness, but we do worry when we can’t run a few days.
