So Saturday will see me do Wk5 R2 having just completed R1 tonight. Yes today was hard but actually I always felt right from the off that I could get through it. MOM.
Saturday will come and I will be fine I am sure, 8 minutes followed by the second 5 will be tough but again I feel I am running too fast.
I do and have had what feels like a side strain running from the right hand base of my back by my kidney across my side and up into my ribs just under my right breast, I have been running with this for 2 weeks at least. It gets no worse and does not impede my running but does impede my movement at other times. Any ideas? Just had a full lot of bloods done at the GP all clear and much pleasure about my loss of weight all round.
