Just finished my last 25 minute repeat run of week 7 and felt like I was flying πββοΈ. I used MapMyRun tonight for the first time in years and got extra motivation from hearing it tell me how fast I was going per km and when I reached the km milestones. Managed 3.72 km in 25 minutes so felt a bit daunted by the goal of making it to 5 km in just another 5 mins π. But I felt good and thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt like a proper runner again!

Just keep it steady and try not to focus on the 5K, the idea is ..just get to the thirty minute runs in Week 9...safely and injury free and having had fun
