Hot and humid

Week 8 Run 2 completed.

Never a great sign when you're sweating at the end of the opening 5 minute brisk walk.

So humid outside, my face felt on fire after 20 mins. and I desperately wanted a drink.

If anyone fancies coming and manning a water station for my next run on Thursday, there's a wet, hot, sloppy kiss in it for you.

Even though we don't normally need to take water on runs under 5K, this humid weather can be horrid. Maybe a small water bottle It does not e=seem to matter how slow and steady you take it it still gets tricky! I was like a small red beetroot, even first thing today!

Just before I commit, how much water do I need to bring. Struggle to carry much more than 9 litres...
