Woohoo! I think it was Jancanrun who said one day I'd be giggling at the idea of finding 3 minutes hellish, and it's true, here I am thinking about how I ran TWENTY minutes today (and I only had to stop once to cross a road safely). I even got over the frustration of the app not cooperating with my music so I couldn't hear Jo's encouragements.
So achieved this week:
- W5R3! (9 days after I did W4R3 - so my weeks are a bit longer than 7 days)
- Found out my actual bra size :-/, still need a sports bra I'm happier with (to the half of the population who don't have this issue, how I envy you)
and as promised to myself, I have been doing stretches after each run and done some yoga and even strength and flex on rest days. Still haven't found a baseball cap for rainy runs yet though.
Promises to myself for the next week are going to be a bit harder, but that's for another, more grumbly post, maybe. Until then, I'm glad I did today's run!
