Finally W5R3!

Finally had a chance to run again today after fieldwork on Saturday and processing sediment at the university over the rest of the weekend (Also slamming myself into a pole on board during fieldwork has left me with several bruised ribs).

But I did it! The dreaded step from 8 minutes to 20 minutes and I found that I could still go on after that if I needed to. Afterwards decided it was high time I put my feet in the ocean while I'm here! It certainly turned out to be a beautiful run.

Looking forward to moving on a little bit late to week 6
