Took a couple of days off to heal up from an unrelated health issue and guess what? PB, that's what! 29:15. Ionadda, of course was right about the added rest ๐Ÿ˜€. Thought it would be slower without music or podcasts, but it was ok. Wasn't pushing hard, just trying to land well. Weather helped too. Was very comfortable. Going to take two more rest days before Saturday's fun run.

Thanks Oldfloss, yes last week had a few unexpected turns, but it all worked out. I just realized I spelled Iannoda's name wrong too ๐Ÿ˜€
