So, after a couple of weeks off, resting a darned groin strain then a painful knee which disappeared as quick as it came, I'm back! Was gutted to have to rest after only my first week and thought I might have to do W1 again. Anyway, felt so good about getting back to it this morning I decided to start W2 and you know what? It wasn't as bad as I thought😀

Great job... comeback runs can mess with the mind at the best of times, and that’s magnified in our early running days, and again as you dropped onto a step up in the plan... a lot going on there, and you did it! Enjoy run 2.

Thank you so much for your encouragement, I am looking forward to Run 2 but with some trepidation for W3 - hey! that's what it's all about eh?

Of course... trepidation can be useful, I find it helps to keep the pace down. You can do it!
