Hi everybody,

Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going,

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy week,

Juju and Realfoodieclub

I did mine yesterday it went really well. It was a bit warm but I'm taking water out with me for 5kms at the moment and was glad I did. I got the confirmation email last night it has been accepted. Yay waiting for my medal. I need some good news my little ginger cat is poorly and we had to take her to the vets yesterday for blood tests, so 48 hours of fingers crossed.

That third k was when you were carrying me no doubt Floss teehee, i thought it felt easier at that point but I was on a rare flat bit at the time, (I unthinkingly choose my most hilly 5k route for some silly reason). It was a great run thanks for the company x
