Hi, w4r1 completed yesterday and I'm surprised I managed the 5 min runs! I was very unfit at the start of the month and it's great to see my fitness progressing. I've never been into running.
A lot of people struggle with week 4 I've read, what are you struggling with the most? I've realised that I've had to run very slowly this week, I think the first few weeks I've tried running at a quick pace and ended up tiring myself out.
Hello. W2r1 done this morning before the rain starts. I have never enjoyed exercise before but something strange is happening and I am starting to look forward to my next run...very strange indeed!
