I'm now on W8R1 and really enjoying the experience of running alongside two seasoned runners - they kindly ran at my pace and it was fabulous to experience my first time running on a beach. I kept listening to Jo in one ear and didn't have my music on. I am now beginning to feel part of the running family. ☀️👍🏃🏼♀️

Slow and steady is the way... I did my first, back to a run on the beach. today... (was not allowed to for two weeks, recovering from a calf injury).
