.....and what do you get??? Another graduate of the couch to 5k plan... What a amazing feeling to have finally complete it and am feeling so much better for doing it. Even at work i feel as if i have so much more energy then what i did before i started this plan.

Now the training begins for the London 10km that i am doing in july running for cancer research and hoping to do 10km inside the hour mark, which is definitely achievable based on my running in this plan. Onwards to great things. 

Oh last of all i wanna say a really big thank you to my big sister up in the valleys of wales i don't really know what to say but thank you for helping me to get started. You said i wouldn't be thanking you once i got into the longer runs but here i am now with a beaming smile on my face. xxx

yep already got a plan in place for next 2 year. 10km this year. Half marathon next year then a full one the year after that.
