I've had a knee problem since May. Took a month off but decided to get back to Parkruns. Finally, after yesterday's run, today I am pretty much pain free! Hooray for the aged runners!!

Lots of good stretching etc and warming up really well too..it all helps :) We seasoned runners, have to take very good care of ourselves :)

Great to hear .... foam rolling I have found helps to prevent injury for me as well ... might be worth checking out ... I get physio from this guy man this is a useful little YouTube video on foam rolling
