Well, Jantastic and 5x50 are already planned; so now my goals for 2014 are set; lose that 2 1/2 stones and running-wise I have signed up for the 6 mile Sport Relief run in March at the Olympic Park; and a half marathon in Southend in June... EEEK! and Chelmsford Parkrun posted news yesterday of a new marathon in Chelmsford in October! I think I will see how the half marathon training goes, but it's definitely planted a seed of temptation...

What ambitions c25k gives us! :-)

You sound very positive and motivated Poppy. Good for you! Great news about the weight loss thus far. It's great isn't it to be so much lighter and have more energy and enthusiasm, enough to grab life by the throat and get out there running. Keep up the good work. Take care!

Good for you Poppy - you will be an Olympic Park veteran. Will be interesting for you to see if it has transformed from the bit of a building site it was outside the stadium. I certainly admire your progress.
