Finished W7 again!

Last time I finished W7 R3 I had to spend a couple of weeks on the IC becuase I pulled something in my back, but this time - touch wood - things feel good and I'm looking forward to trying week 8!

As ever, this forum and you lovely people are a real inspiration and support - such a great place to get advice and encouragement. Thank you!
