I took you lovely people’s advice and went from W6 to W7 as my return after a break. It all went well but cripes it was so blowy and I was trying to stay out of the wind. Saw a neighbour go past in the car with a strange quizzical look !!
Wore the new shoes and although they were fine, not as wide at the toe like my NB ones ☹️. Still, they look lush 😂
Ps socks are white!!!

🌬 That wind must be making everyone much fitter! Well done for getting out there 🤗. Sorry the socks are white, I rather liked the lilac and I expect the neighbour was jealous of the shoes..🤣. Girding myself up to try my first run tomorrow since the 'ribs incident', over 3 weeks ago now, so will try week 5 and see how it goes. 🏃♀️
That’s what I thought.. this is good aerobic stuff!! Yes the white socks are a bit suss but they were free 🤣. Neighbour could obviously see me from a mile away...probably cringeing as she is a golfing type 😂. Hope the ribs are improving .. they are slow to repair. Just take it easy..it’s getting out there that counts mentally 😊
I don’t think I could live with the lilac! Mind you hubby underwear does end up funny colours in the wash🤣🤣🤣. This weather looks like it’s going to continue so hope you are not getting snowed in in Yorkshire.. seen terrible floods there
Vineyards tours float my boat too. Lucky you ! We drove the length of the island in a 5L Ford Mustang rental convertible that they wanted delivered from one end to the other! It was Winter ❄️ too but still a great trip. Bit of a shaggy story!!!
