1st run in awhile

So I'm heading out for my first run after 3 months off, i was ready again about a month ago but as i was heading out i jumped over the garden wall and fell 🙈Sprained my ankle so ive been on the non running ic. I'm starting nice and gentle with w1r1 to see how i feel and how my ankle holds up. I feel ridiculously nervous
