W6 R1 - a case of mind over matter!

I was surprised at how hard that was after completing the 20 min W5 R3 run on Thursday.

But at least its done, although i did feel i was using someone else's legs today!

Might have to give them back! ;)

That was the hardest run for me too! The 20 mins really takes it out of your legs. But it just goes to show it is do-able!

And me it was this one that was the killer. Tonight I have completed week seven. Mind over matter is dead right!

LOL. I was worrying about W5 R3, but now that it's out of the way today, I can start worrying about this one. :-p

I quite liked that one (and w6r2), but admittedly I had had a few days off after w5r3...

I've just completed W6R1 too and found the 8 min section harder than the 20 min run at the end of week 5! Perhaps just the expectation that it would be easy after succeeding with a 20 min run. I defintiely set off a bit quicker until the podcast pointed it out!
