I really struggled with this run today. I wasn’t feeling at my best as I’d had a bad binge yesterday. No way was I going to give up though! It was a real hard slog, but I know I can do 25 min runs, so just got on with it. Once I ‘d recovered, I did feel better for doing it😊 Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi Cosmo501 thank you, if I can do it I’ m sure you can😊. I am running on a treadmill, which I know is quite a lot easier. I was aiming to start WK8 today, but just felt too tired and achey( probably due to fibromyalgia) so had another rest day.
Always good to have an extra rest day to let your body prepare for the next run! -- I went out earlier for a bit of a run, with walking in between, because it felt like there was no air to breath! Just too tired to do too much, but feel brighter for having done it Hope you're feeling better soon, and enjoy your start to WK8!
