Hi all

Just wanted to quickly share with you all that I can now run for 5 minutes - no problem!

Some of you may remember my desperate plea a couple of weeks ago saying there was NO WAY I could increase from 3 minutes to 5 minutes.

You've all been incredibly supportive and this programme REALLY WORKS πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š xx

I knew you could do it!

I've just staggered in the door having done Run 1 Week 6.

I am in love with Michael Johnson ❀

Hi there, I'm new on here, and I'm struggling to go from 3 minutes to 5, I do feel encouraged though reading everyone's stories so I'm determined to stick at it.

Hi!

If you look back 2/3 weeks for my post regarding the jump from 3 to 5 minutes, you will see I was really struggling.

3 minutes was hell! I did not believe I would ever run for FIVE!

There were so many encouraging posts! And, yes, I did it. Very, very slowly and it was a case of mind over matter.

It is possible! Good luck. Go slowly and keep us posted 😊 Xx

Thank you, I will give it a go tomorrow morning! Love everyone's support on here.

Go slower than you can believe possible...I still, when struggling, invoke the oft repeated advice to jog so low and slow that someone viewing your head over a hedge wouldn't know you're running. Become a stealth jogger, if you will!!! Only we and you know you're on the journey of your life !!!!!

Go for it, you will do it we promise
