Well completed the third “run” of week 1 and I can honestly say it was the hardest so far. Think it was because it was so hot today compared to my other 2 (both completed in rain/drizzle and a wind) - ended up walking a couple of the runs ☹️
Think I may have to do week 1 again next week, but at least you have that option

Do you know what? That was the one I couldn’t go either! Lots of reasons i’m Sure but the best advice I was given was it’s a practice run for when you try it again. I don’t think you need to redo the whole week, just try that one again after your rest day/s. Good luck. 👍👍👍
Well done for getting out there and doing it! My advice would be to have your rest day(s) and re-do the 3rd run so you can go out with a Bang 👊🎉 Then on to W2 🙌 You can do this!! 🤗
Just do run 3 again... take it steady and take it slow.. wear cooler gear, if it is warm and hydrate well too... don't repeat weeks, unless you do not complete the runs.. too many repeats can tire you and don't really aid progression
