W1 D2 done!

So second "run" completed today. It was ok, I managed to do everything when I was supposed to do it, but it was hard work. I am struggling to find a flat route (I live in Torquay, possibly the hilliest place in Devon) and ended up accidentally running uphill a couple of times which didn't help. But I did it!! Planning W1 D3 for Saturday so hopefully that'll go ok.

For now, I'm taking my bright red tomato face off for a shower 😂 Happy Thursday all!

Oh that lovely feminine glow well done in the heat today I take you can't run down by the harbour or along the prom in Torquay

It's a bit of a struggle down there at the moment with all the tourists!! I'm hoping I'll be able to go down that way once the summer rush is over. But even there it's not flat for quite long enough😂 But I shall persevere!

Good on you ☺ I am in awe of anyone who runs up hills, and to do it so early in the programme - well, my hat is off to you ☺

Why are my smiley faces not smiling? And they look so wan and tiny.... :(

Well done. Stick with the hills! It is hard but I'm in the same situation (in the Midlands!) and I'm really glad I did. Much fitter now. Enjoy.

Nice to see someone else the same colour as me :-D Well done on your run, in fact, hats off to you for including those pesky things called hills! Am carefully avoiding the few hills we have in Lincolnshire :-D

Be proud of it SingerLaura , its a badge of honour ! Shows that you've worked hard ! :-)

Oh you live in such a beautiful part of the world, I love Torquay , although I can imagine it is VERY busy this time of year !

You know those colour charts for printing? They're called CMYK. Maybe we should adopt the tomato/puce shade that we all seem to favour and label it c25k!

Really really well done on your run today and you did hills! You're gonna be SO fit :)

Well done! I'm in the puce-faced club as well, plus I sweat like a pug when I am running (and for quite some time after). Roll on autumn!

Keep at it, I feel fitter each week; your hill climbs will get you there even quicker. :) x
