It has been one week since graduation. Having continued with my 3x30 minute runs I have downloaded the stepping stones podcasts. Now I am finding that my pace is a tad on the slow side and I am covering 3.9 km so I need to get this to 5km. I realise that it is stamina that adds endurance and distance and I guess it ultimately leads to increased speed as well. Perhaps if I give myself a target; if I complete the 3x30 minute runs for two more weeks then I would have done that run of Week 9 for 4 weeks. Then that gives me two weeks to try and workout which podcast I will try first speed, distance or stamina.
So my first goal is two more weeks of Week 9 and then a podcast.
For those of you that have done those podcasts which did you find easiest, which ones did you find hardest and which did you like the most. Oh yes, and why?
