When I heard Laura say " you're going to run......For 3 minutes " I thought my ears we're hallucinating. Lol. I did the first 90 seconds almost tearful, I thought, "no bloomin' way"..... But I did it. Lol...... TWICE.

WEEE!!!!!!!!!! Well done! I found week 3 surprisingly manageable! Was as shocked as I gather you are!
