Decided to re-do as this 🐌 is slow - made the mistake of running into the ☀️ for the first half of the 🏃🏻 this morning so struggled at first - roll on Wednesday 😬

A running cap is useful.. it keeps the sun and the rain off! I have this one...in Black... it has a big peak and is wonderful!

ooo will have a look at one of those. Plus a woman walking her two dogs on a lead coming towards me(she saw me) decided to let them go on one of those elasticated leads right in front of me - why??

Mr JCR suggested I should run with a shooting stick including a spike, just in case any really bolshy folk got in the way. Not dangerous, just enough to put them off... I was thinking Boadicea and a chariot of flaying swords ... maybe a little overreaction perhaps?
