After being out at work for 11hrs it took a lot of will power to get me out of the door but I am so glad I did it. I managed the whole session although I do recognise I am going slowly on my runs I am definitely running!

I found this harder than my first run on Monday but I think that is because I am still a little sore from my first run and I had been to work all day.

Really looking forward to getting out there again on Friday as I feel so invigorated and so proud of myself.

Great job. Many would have not bothered after a long day at work, and no doubt that day added to the toughness of the run, but go you! Enjoy closing week one out on Friday.
