I'm using these posts as a diary so I can look back and see how I was doing and my state of mind! My second run felt so much easier than the first and it must be because I followed everyone's advice and ran so so slowly. 60 seconds flew by! I was a bit wary of this run because my legs were hurting really badly still from my first run but I really enjoyed it. The sun was shining which I think helped and I did it in the morning because I had an extra day off this week. Looking forward to how I cope with my third run as I'm going to have to do it in the dark after work....

Wk1 day 1 for me was bad but 2nd easier then 3rd was happy as larry that i could manage so much better than the red face lady jogging along cycle track at beginning of wk!

Haha that's what I was hoping for, bad day for me today tho feels like day 1 all over again! On bright side my next run can only be better, good luck 🍀
