I still pop in now and again, but due to various health issues cropping up, my running has dwindled over the past year or so and lost my running mojo, but have just managed to keep up some form of cardio. Anyway, this week me and my wife slinkylinky who graduated in 2016 have restarted c25k at w2 with r1 going OK and will be out later this morning in the sunshine (for a change) on w2r2, and looking forward to it, and getting back into Parkrun again and eventually to being able to run 30 mins, 5k & eventually a 10K again and possibly a HM but that's a long way off for me.
I'd welcome some motivational prompts from other members as the weeks go on in c25k, and I'll report back in time as the weeks go on..

It will be super to have you here posting your progress...you have so much experience and good advice and that Slinky is back on track too is just fantastic.
I hope folk will read and take notice... maybe post this on the Off the Couch group posts too...it will be so useful!
