I had been dreading this walked the dog early and then set off to gym . Thought about posts and the can do attitude and I surely did it, amazed myself. Feel prettyachy now but the grin on my face is ear to ear. I have not looked at week 6 cos looking before just made me anxious, if the programme says do it I can. According to my fit bit did 3.30at a pace of 10.04 and an average heart of 126 think that I ran and survived. So those worried about week5run 3 just trust in the programme !

W5r3
If only we could beam this out to all the self doubters.
Well done, now to hang onto the self belief. W6R1 is not difficult but does surprise a lot of people, because on paper it seems simpler than W5R3 but it requires respect and the same "can do" attitude. We know you can do it!
Keep running, keep grinning.
The grin outshines the aches. Brilliantly done and hey Week6 you'll love it. I promise
Dont look too far ahead just trust the programme and keep positive. I have got through week 6 and am surprised I have got this far however the mental attitude seems to get more and more important.
Believe it and you are there! Well done you!
I can see that smile, from here
Not only 'can do' but 'will do'! The programme has prepared you and you are week 6 ready!
