I just finished W5R3 and I must say I am buzzing. I never thought I could actually run for 20 minutes! When I was told I could stop I felt I could keep going so ended up doing another minute, only stopping to walk as I had to wait to cross the road.. I could have gone on longer. At the start of this programme I could barely run 1 minute. I am posting really for others who feel nervous about this run as I had put it off for several days. Just get yourself a good playlist (I went for 160bpm) and get out there. You will surprise yourself πŸ˜‚ I know I did. Stay positive, think positive thoughts, you can do it if I can πŸ˜‰ On to Week 6!

Great job Varitaqa, I'm with you on the playlist and the beats. Try Brainfreeze (lazy rich)and Toulouse (Nicky Romero) great running tracks. Btw i'd caution you to stick to the plan, don't run further it can lead to injury. I know, I'm injured in week 9!!
