Well that's week 7 seen off! Still finding it tough around the 15-20minute stage but more mentally than physically. Am consistently managing just under 4km including the walks either end so am quite pleased with that. Onward and upward (well, maybe not upward - still don't like hills!)

I've been graduated a couple of weeks and I still find the 15-20 minute stage tough. It's a mental battle every time I go out but a battle I am determined to win too! Well done. 6 more runs until you graduate. You've definitely got this 😊
