Feeling great - such a sense of achievement! Never thought that I could do it. Might change my route for next week as I know exact timings on this one. It might help me push on through the extra 3 minutes. How did you guys further on in the program ( or graduated) approach the extra 3 mins. Enjoy your weekend!

Well done. I just told myself that the extra 3 were nothing... I’d done 25, and I’d done that 4 times, so I had the legs to do it. Then during the run I had a good coach in my ear and as the time got towards 25 I figured it was time for a 3 minute run. You can do this.

I will... running soon, parkrun marshalling tomorrow, junior parkrun and a run on Sunday and then beer! All set to graduate Tuesday evening with my little one.

Well done. I’ve just done W8R1, I reversed my W7 route and slightly lengthened it. Took it more slowly to begin with and increased pace a little once I was into my stride.
