Completed the first run of week two yesterday, well chuffed I was able to run 90 seconds, was glad when I finished the last one though. I do think I run slower than I walk but at least I am still moving :)

Slow gets you there and well done you on getting the hard Week 1 out of the way. Leave the speed to Usain Bolt - we are the endurance gang! Good luck next time out

I said that very thing to my husband this morning 😂 I don't mind, it's so much more than I was doing for the past few years. Let's keep going.

Well done. I have just finished week 8 and I am still incredibly slow. At this rate by the time I graduate I will still only be able to manage 3.5 km in my 30 minutes but just the fact that I will be able to run for 30 minutes is amazing for someone as old, unfit and overweight as I am. This programme is amazing stick with it and you will amaze yourself. Good luck.
