W3R3 completed yesterday morning. Felt really good afterwards, but......about 8pm I felt sooooo sleepy tired. Went to bed about 10pm and had the best nights sleep ever. Feeling refreshed today. Looking forward to starting week 4 tomorrow.

Brilliant you deserved a good nights sleep after all you are a third of the way through the programme. Good luck for the first of Week 4 - slow and steady does it

Thanks. Yes, I think I'll slow down a bit. I could be pushing myself too much early on.

Well done. When I first started I fell asleep after lunch! I still feel it now if I try and go faster.

Happy runnings.
