Week 1 done!!

Reluctant_Runner74 profile image

Just finished my third Week 1 run :) just realised that that means that I've run (overall) 24 minutes this week- which seems ridiculous! Before this, I hadn't run for over 10 years, so I'm really proud of myself :) I'm also not finding it as hard to get the motivation to go out for a run as hard as I expected :)

It's amazing isn't it - even in the early weeks, the achievements are great. Well done!

Great well done! I'm right behind you.... Due to complete week 1 either tomorrow or Wednesday. I've never been a runner and admit to not finding it easy but will persevere! 😁
